Fee

The Arbitrageur terminal charges a fee: a percentage of the turnover of each fill of an order placed by the terminal itself. The fee is debited from the commission balance right after the fill is recorded in the journal and is not deducted from PnL: it is shown separately, in the "Profit Cloud fee, USD" column in deals, positions and orders.

What it is charged on:

  • all fills of the terminal's orders — entries and exits, each leg separately, from levels and from quick trade, on perpetual contracts and on spot, at the same rate.

What it is not charged on:

  • orders placed manually on the exchange itself;
  • funding.

Fee = fill turnover in USD × rate, rounded down to 0.000001 USD; there is no minimum. Turnover is the fill volume in the quote currency according to the exchange; USDT and USDC count as USD one to one.

Rate

The rate depends on the subscription plan at the time of the fill:

Plan Rate For an invited user
Free, Standard 0.025 % 0.0225 %
Premium, including the 7-day gift 0.01 % 0.009 %

A user who signed up via a referral link pays their plan's rate with a 10 % discount, for life.

The current rate is shown in the app — the "Your fee" block in the profile menu — and in the bot. If it is below the Free plan rate, the Free rate is shown struck through next to it. The "Reduce the fee" link opens the subscription purchase.

Commission balance

The balance is kept in USD and shown as a single number — "Commission balance" in the profile menu and in the bot's Account section. It consists of a real part and a bonus part. Charges are debited in this order: the bonus, then money transferred from the referral balance, then your own funds. The commission balance can be withdrawn only through a support request; the bonus part cannot be withdrawn.

Top-up:

  • By a USDT or USDC transfer — the "Top up commission balance" button in the profile menu or "Top up" in the bot. An invoice is issued for an amount from $1 to $1,000,000 with the transfer address and network, and is valid for a limited time — there is a timer on the payment screen. A profile has one active invoice, shared by the app and the bot.
  • From the referral balance — instantly, with no minimum.

How a transfer is credited: each confirmed incoming transfer is credited at its actual amount, 1 USDT or USDC = 1 USD. Partial payments are credited immediately and add up; the invoice closes when the total received reaches the invoice amount; an overpayment is credited in full. A transfer to the address after the invoice has closed or expired is not credited automatically — contact support.

The welcome bonus is credited to the bonus part when, while signing up in the bot, you accept the 7-day gift Premium.

The balance has run out. New entries are allowed while the sum of the real and bonus parts is above zero. At zero and below:

  • an entry level cannot be turned on, and opening from quick trade is rejected;
  • an entry from a triggered level is skipped;
  • entry levels that are already on are turned off and do not turn back on by themselves after a top-up.

Exits — exit levels and closing from quick trade — always work. Their fills are also subject to the fee, so the balance can go negative; a top-up covers the negative amount first. While the balance is empty, the app shows the "Top up the commission balance" banner.

Notification of a low balance — see "App → Notifications".

Report. All balance movements for a period are in the "Commission balance ops" Excel report: in the bot — "Reports" in the Account section; in the app — the "Reports" window in the profile menu. For each charge, the report shows the bundle, the fill, the turnover and the rate; dates are in the profile's time zone.
