Bundle
A bundle is a pair of legs; a leg is a connection and an instrument. Leg A always has the MAX role and leg B the MIN role; the roles are set at creation and do not change. The spread is measured on a bundle, and trades are executed on it.
Bundles are in the "Trading" section. A new one is created with the "Add binding" button or from the screener by bundle code (see "Screener → Bundle code"); "Name" is required.
Legs
The fields of each leg — "Leg A · MAX" and "Leg B · MIN":
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| "Exchange" | the leg's exchange |
| "Connection" | a connection to this exchange |
| "Market" | a perpetual contract (the label shows the settlement currency, for example "Perp. contract USDT-M") or "Spot" |
| "Trading pair" | the instrument ticker and the "Check" button |
| "Margin mode" | "Cross" |
"Check" fills in the reference fields: "Account type", "Balance", "Last price", "Order step, base" and "Minimum order, base".
Rules:
- the legs' markets form one of the supported arbitrage types (see "What is Profit Cloud → Arbitrage types");
- instruments do not change after creation; a leg's connection can be changed while the leg has no open position;
- a second bundle on the same pair of instruments is not created — the app offers to open the existing one or to restore it from the archive;
- "Swap the legs" — only at creation;
- a leg on a market closed for trading is not saved.
On an instrument without hedge mode, the form warns: do not open arbitrage deals of different polarities at the same time.
Lot
A lot is the volume on which the spread is measured and a level trades. The "Lot grid" block holds up to 10 lots. A lot is entered in the quote currency and converted to coins at the average last price of the two legs; "Lot rounding step, base" and "Round all" fit it to the pair step. A lot below the minimum order is highlighted in red, and one that is not a multiple of the pair step in yellow. A new bundle's lots are taken from the "Default lots, quote" setting.
Saving a bundle with at least one lot starts spread data collection. The smallest lot is always measured; the others are measured if they were opened on the chart in the last 72 hours.
Leverage
Leverage is set for each perpetual leg, 10 by default; the allowed values are limited by the instrument. On the exchange, leverage is set when the bundle's trading session opens. Leverage is part of the bundle signature: the order executor will not accept leverage above the signed value.
Position limit
"Position limit" is the largest position on a leg that the terminal will open. It is required for both legs and is set in the leg's coins. The server checks the limit before sending an order: an opening above the limit is rejected, and a level entry is skipped. The limit is part of the bundle signature and can be changed only from your device.
Bundle signature
The signature is a permission that your device gives the order executor: to open positions on the bundle only within the signed legs, limit and leverage. For each leg, the signature covers the connection, exchange, market, instrument, position limit and leverage.
The app signs:
- when a bundle is created — after the passcode;
- when the connections, leverage or position limit change; renaming, lots and levels do not require a signature;
- with the "Sign" button in the bundle window.
Without a signature, the order executor does not open positions; closing, cancellations and reading are always allowed. The window of an unsigned bundle says so and shows the "Sign" button. The signature must reach the executor within 10 minutes; if the device clock is wrong, it is not accepted.
Sleep and archive
Data collection sleep. A bundle is active if its trading session was opened less than 72 hours ago, or it has an open position or an enabled entry level that was turned on or changed less than 30 days ago. Otherwise data collection stops. The "Data collection" column shows "Active" or "Stopped". Collection resumes when the bundle is opened or with the "Collection: start" command; collection stopped manually ("Collection: stop") does not start by itself when the bundle is opened.
Term of an enabled entry level — 30 days from turning it on or the last edit; after that, the level is turned off.
Permission sleep. If a signed bundle has had no opening orders for 72 hours and both legs have no positions, the order executor considers the permission asleep; for new entries, the bundle must be signed again.
Archive. "To archive": the trading session closes without closing positions, all levels are turned off, data collection stops, and a signed bundle's permission is revoked — the passcode is requested once for the whole selection. Deals, orders and positions stay in the history. "From archive" returns the bundle to the list and starts data collection; the permission stays revoked — the bundle must be signed. During an account freeze, "From archive" is unavailable.
Outside the archive, an account has at most 500 bundles: older ones above this number are moved to the archive automatically — only stopped ones, with no data collection, no positions and no levels.
Statuses in the bundle list: "No positions", "Open", "Open · no hedge", "Closed", "Archive". If a leg's contract is delisted, a "Delisted" line with the leg's exchange and ticker appears under the status, one line per leg.
