Sessions and Security log

A session is one app in which you are signed in to the account. A chat with the bot does not count as a session.

The "Sessions" list — in the "Security" window: app, version, system, device name; the current session is marked "this computer". The second line — the sign-in time, the IP and country at the time of sign-in, the time of last activity. The country is determined from an offline database, and the IP is not sent anywhere. The current session comes first, then the others by latest activity.

Actions:

• "End" on any other session — with confirmation;
• "End all except this one";
• the current session is ended by "Sign out" in the profile menu.

An ended session loses access within a minute. No second factor is needed; sessions can be ended during a freeze.

In the bot — "Sessions": end one or all. "End all" in the bot ends all app sessions, including the one you are using.

One device — one session. A new sign-in from the same device to the same account ends that account's previous session on it; the Security log records that the session was replaced.

"New sign-in" — on every new session, a Telegram notification with the device, time, IP and country; authenticator owners also get an email with a "Freeze account" button. It cannot be turned off.

Security log

"Security log" — in the "Security" window, from newest events to oldest, 50 at a time, "Show more". A row — time, event, device, IP and country; support actions are marked "support".

Events: signing in to and out of the app; session ended or replaced; other or all sessions ended; wrong code; a series of wrong confirmation codes; email linked, changed; email change scheduled or canceled; authenticator connected, moved, reset; account frozen, freeze extended, ended, lifted early; move to another Telegram scheduled, completed or canceled; withdrawal request and its rejection; anti-phishing code changed.

If someone enters wrong confirmation codes, the app shows a banner with a "Freeze" button; the same warning arrives by email and in Telegram.
