Journal

The server journal stores the orders, fills, positions and funding of each bundle. In the app it is shown in the "Binding data" tabs — in the bundle window and in the "Trading" section for all bundles at once. The full history is available as an Excel export in the bot.

Data App Bot
Orders "Orders" tab "Orders" sheet
Fills — "Fills" sheet
Cycle PnL "Exchange positions" "Exchange positions" sheet
Deal PnL "Arbitrage deals" "Arbitrage deals" sheet
Funding as a total per cycle and "Total funding" per cycle
Profit Cloud fee per order, per cycle and as a total "Commission balance ops" report

Orders and deals

The "Orders" tab — the terminal's orders, newest to oldest, up to 500:

Column What it is
"ID" the order ID in the terminal; can be copied
"Exchange ID" the order number on the exchange; can be copied
"Side" buy or sell
"Purpose" entry or exit; a manual trade on the exchange is marked "ext."
"Status" pending, open, partially_filled, filled, canceled, rejected, expired
"Fill price" the average fill price
"Volume, base" / "Filled, base" ordered and filled
exchange fee and "Profit Cloud fee, USD" per order
"Executed" the time the server recorded the order
"Error" the rejection text

Individual fills are not shown in the app — they are in the "Trading activity" export.

The "Overall stats" tab — the bundle's totals per leg: the number of cycles, profitable and losing ones, total volume, PnL, "Total exchange fee, ~USD", "Total funding, ~USD" and "Total Profit Cloud fee, USD". The stats are calculated over the last 500 leg cycles. If something was not converted to ~USD, the table's tooltip says how many fills are not counted.

Export. Bot: "My Journal" → "Download reports" → "Trading activity" — an Excel file for the selected period with no row limit, four sheets, times in the profile's time zone.

PnL

A cycle's realized PnL is calculated from fills, with exchange fees and funding; unrealized PnL — from exchange data or the best price in the book; details are in the "Position" section. The "Realized PnL", "Unrealized PnL" and "Total PnL" columns in the bundle list are calculated over the entire history.

Funding

The server takes funding payments from the exchange's funding history. A payment is assigned to the cycle in which it arrived, in the leg's quote currency. Funding is included in realized PnL only when it has been collected for the whole cycle without gaps; otherwise the cell is empty — the value is unknown. Spot has no funding — "—". Individual payments are not shown — only as a total per cycle.
