Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 3 June 2026 · Document language: English

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Telegram bot and the related service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Profit Cloud Administration (the "Administration"). By starting to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides analytical and informational functionality related to cryptocurrency markets: detection and display of price discrepancies (spreads) across various exchanges, a screener, alerts, a (manually entered) trade journal and related tools. The Service aggregates and processes market data obtained from the public interfaces (APIs) of cryptocurrency exchanges.

2. Informational nature. No financial advice

All information in the Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes individual investment advice or financial, tax, legal or other professional advice, nor a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

The Service is not a financial institution and is not registered as an investment adviser, broker or dealer in any jurisdiction. The Service does not take into account users' personal financial circumstances, does not issue trading orders, and is not responsible for the execution of users' trading and investment decisions.

The Administration provides its own analytical data about price discrepancies across various exchanges; however, what actions to take based on this information is decided solely by the user. You make investment and trading decisions independently, at your own risk and under your full responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee similar returns in the future.

3. Third-party source data (exchanges)

Market data comes from third-party sources — the APIs of cryptocurrency exchanges that the Administration does not control. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, relevance, timeliness or availability of data provided by exchanges and other external sources. Delays, errors, outages or inconsistencies in the source data are beyond the Administration's control.

The calculations and analytics provided by the Service are derived estimates and may differ from prices actually available for execution (taking into account slippage, fees, deposit/withdrawal limits, liquidity and other factors).

4. Provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Administration does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data provided by the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, trading and investment losses, or any other harm arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on the information provided in it.

6. Cryptocurrency risks

Cryptocurrency operations involve high risk and high volatility. You may lose your invested funds in whole or in part. By using the Service, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation, not to create excessive load, and not to attempt to bypass restrictions, decompile, gain unauthorized access or perform automated data collection without permission.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are provided on the terms described in the Service interface at the time of purchase. Subscription parameters and payment terms may change; such changes do not affect an already paid period.

Refunds are possible only within 48 hours of payment. After this period no refund is made, since provision of the service begins immediately upon payment. By making a payment, you agree to this condition.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service and their chosen payment method (including payment in cryptocurrency) comply with the laws of their country of residence or location, and bears all related risks and consequences.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, source code, analytical materials and other elements are protected and belong to the Administration. Copying, reproduction, resale or other use without the Administration's permission is prohibited, except for personal use within the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

The Administration may modify, supplement or discontinue the Service or any of its features, and update these Terms. The current version is always available via the link in the Service. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Suspension and termination of access

The Administration may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Force majeure

The Administration is not liable for delays or failure to perform that result, directly or indirectly, from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: failures or outages of exchanges, payment systems, blockchain networks, telecommunication or internet providers, hardware and software failures, acts of authorities, natural disasters and other force-majeure events.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute-resolution procedure will be determined additionally once the Administration's legal status is formalized. Until then, disputes are handled through good-faith negotiation via the support section inside the Service.

15. Contact

For any questions regarding the use of the Service, please contact the Administration through the support section inside the Service.
