Anti-phishing code

The anti-phishing code is your phrase on the first line of every Profit Cloud email to your linked address, above the heading. If there is no phrase or it is a different one, the email is not from Profit Cloud: do not tell anyone the code from it.

It is set only in the app: "Security → Anti-phishing code → Set" or "Change". A second factor is required — the authenticator code if one is connected, otherwise a code from email. The phrase can only be changed, not deleted; during a freeze, it cannot be changed.

Format: 4–20 characters, only letters or digits of any alphabet, at least one letter, no spaces or symbols. It is saved exactly as entered, case included.

Emails without the phrase carry a note explaining why it is missing:

• to an unconfirmed address — the codes for linking and changing the email;
• to the previous address after an email change.

The bot shows only whether the code is set; support does not see the phrase. Changing the phrase brings an email that already carries the new phrase and a Telegram message with a freeze button.
